Pricing
Priced per discovery, not per month.
You pay once to scan a defined estate and you keep the Day-0 discovery pack. No licences, no subscription, no lock-in.
Three bands, set by estate complexity.
A short scoping call places your estate in a band: how many sources, how many departments, and roughly how many reporting assets.
Small estate
A focused scan for a single department or a contained reporting estate.
- One department or business unit
- A handful of reporting sources
- Hundreds of reporting assets
- First evidence before a rebuild decision
Mid estate
Full discovery across departments, ahead of a migration, consolidation, or platform rebuild.
- Multiple departments and owners
- SharePoint, SQL, SSRS, and BI sources together
- Thousands of reporting assets
- A transformation programme that needs a Day-0 baseline
Enterprise estate
Group-level estates with many source systems, tenants, and regions.
- Group or multi-entity reporting
- Many servers, tenants, and drives
- Regulatory and audit-driven discovery
- Scoped with your team before any scan
Every discovery includes the full product.
Bands change the size of the estate, not what you get. Each engagement delivers the complete workspace and the Day-0 pack.
Read-only connection
Reperta connects to your sources read-only. Nothing is changed, moved, or rebuilt during discovery.
The discovery workspace
Your team works in the live workspace throughout: estate inventory, risk register, duplicate clusters, and the estate map.
The Day-0 assessment pack
A generated, plain-English assessment with executive summary and recommended actions. Exports to PDF and CSV.
A findings walkthrough
A working session on what was found, where the risk sits, and where transformation should start.
How the engagement works.
- Is this a subscription?
- No. Reperta is priced per discovery. You pay once for a scan of a defined estate and you keep the discovery pack. There is no recurring licence to run one.
- How is the price set?
- By estate complexity: how many sources need connecting, how many departments are in scope, and roughly how many reporting assets exist. A short scoping call is enough to place an estate in a band.
- How does Reperta access our systems?
- Through read-only connections you control, such as SharePoint, network drives, SQL Server, SSRS, and Power BI. Reperta never writes to your sources and you can revoke access at any time.
- What do we have at the end?
- A complete Day-0 map of your reporting estate: the inventory, the risk register, duplicate and conflict analysis, and the assessment pack with recommended first actions, exportable as PDF and CSV.
- What happens to our data?
- Data is processed to produce your discovery and handled per our privacy policy. Discovery runs against metadata and reporting logic, and access is removed when the engagement ends.
